BRAIN GYM


At the first time  Brain Gym  utilized for children who have hyperactivity disorder, brain damage, difficulty concentrating and depression. However, in the progress of each person can use it for various uses. Especcialy can make brain waves become the alpha.
Paul E. Denisson Ph.D. from the Educational Kinesiology, the United States is the person who first introduced the method of treatment Brain Gym in 1990.
Brain Gym  is a series of simple body movements, "The Exercise can be done without a special time. even can also be done While watching television ".

• Movement of Brains Switch:

• Cross Movement

Hooks Relax
